The location was great, close to airport

To be improved

The hotel is dated and needs urgent renovation - it is not of the level of Hyatt. The elevators take far too long and the screen doesn’t show you the correct floor so you end up going up and down because you do not know when to get off.

Nothing i dont know how this is rated as 5 stars hotel

The room isn't like pictures, the entry of the room is to the toilet! Service is very bad you have to call the operator and stay in line for 10 minutes to answer. Room dining is very tasteless an poor quality ingredient. The steak was awful

Small pool that was roped off. Very close to a public bar. Would have liked the word HYATT on the top of the hotel, HISPERIA meant nothing to me!
