Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences

This was at least our 6th stay here, this time for. a week, and we feel we are coming home. The suites are wonderful, spacious, modern with all conveniences. We travel with our 2 small dogs so it is very comfortable for them. The area is more residential than touristy which we love. Plenty of restaurant choices walking or taxi. Taxis so easy to get right in front. Salamanca is so safe, I walk dogs very late without concern. Gym is 5 minute walk to other Hyatt down street, warm up to working out! And the staff, almost family they are so nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this impressive accommodation.

Family trip of 4 to madrid. We needed 2 bathrooms and wanted kitchen and washer which unit had Space was spacious and modern. Staff was very helpful and answered whatsapp texts very quickly. Room was serviced daily . They gave us a few snacks and waters and juice and milk. Washer was a washer dryer combo and dryer did not work well—took many hours and clothes were still damp. They gave us a drying rack. Would have been nice if there was a breakfast option at hotel. They did partner with nearby hyatt and offered room service. Many families were ordering delivery food. Grocery store was 5 min walk away and city center about a 20-30 min walk. Taxis and ubers were plentiful. 35 euro van to airport and staff helped order. Staff was exceptional and made our stay enjoyable.

This was the perfect place for my family with 2 small children. It is situated in a posh neighborhood in Madrid with a metro station, grocery store, parks, museums, and many restaurants in close walking distance. The room itself had a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer, it was stocked with some snacks and drinks when we arrived, and the bathroom and air conditioning were very impressive.

We had a fantastic stay at this super clean and modern apartment. We arrived late, almost at midnight, but the staff was available and ready to assist us. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the train station and far enough from the crowds for a peaceful retreat. Initially, I was concerned that the sofa bed might be too small, but it comfortably fit a 1.8m person, exceeding all expectations. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommend

I was thinking of gatekeeping this place, but oh well. We were looking for a place in Madrid for our family. In our personal experience, Airbnbs are hit or miss and having a hotel staff around in a foreign city is nice. We usually book two hotel rooms, however, we aren't always given connecting rooms even if requested well in advance. For these reasons, we chose the Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences and it was a great decision! It's hidden away from a busy street without much signage. Zhao was manning the front desk and he got us checked in and then took us to our room. Our room was basically a clean and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sleek apartment. A lot of times you see pictures and the place looks clean and modern, but when you arrive it's musty and dated; not the case at the Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences. The front door is a little tricky to use, but Zhao showed us how to enter, and showed us how everything worked including the washer/dryer and getting login onto their WiFi. We like to travel light, so having a washer/dryer was fantastic. Zhao even recommended a couple of great places to eat and even how to order room service. The place was located near all the major attractions. We didn't take public transportation so we either walked or took a 10-15 minute Uber to where we needed to go. Zhao also connected us to the hotels WhatsApp so we could communicate with someone at the hotel 24/7!
