The amount of bees! They were everywhere. Also the staff inside the hotel could have been friendlier. Hotel could do with a face lift as seems a little run down.

The facilities are excellent. Our kids are aged 9,8 and 3 and there was something for everyone. Water slides, pools, activities, the food was good (different theme each day), the staff were all great, very friendly with the kids and their enthusiasm was second to none.

The best

We recently stayed at this hotel for a week and had an overall great experience, especially as a family with a small child. The biggest highlight was the head waiter, Said. He runs the restaurant with incredible professionalism and warmth. You can see how well he leads the team—everything runs smoothly, and he treats guests with genuine kindness. Said truly deserves recognition and made our stay feel special. The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself, while showing signs of age, is clearly being refreshed. You can tell the staff are making an effort to improve its appearance, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is good—not directly on the beach, but there is a free shuttle minibus that runs several times a day. However, not everyone fits in at once, so the driver often does multiple rounds to make sure everyone gets there. This worked well enough, but something to keep in mind during peak times. The food was overall good, but the breakfast was particularly repetitive, which made mornings a bit less exciting. Still, there was enough variety to suit most tastes, and everything was fresh and nicely presented. The snack bar was fine, offering typical fast food options throughout the day. However, I would have appreciated a few healthier choices, and especially some freshly cut fruit, which was missing and would have been a great addition—particularly for families with kids. The evening entertainment was lovely, especially the mini disco, which our child really enjoyed. There was plenty for kids to do—from waterslides to a fun sand playground, which made it a great choice for families with young children.

To be improved

The only real downside was the lack of a ramp in our building. We had to carry the stroller up and down stairs every day, which was very inconvenient. Also, the elevators are extremely small, making them difficult to use with a stroller. Despite that, we had a genuinely enjoyable stay. With a few improvements, this hotel could become an excellent family destination. For now, it’s a solid choice for families looking for a clean, welcoming place with great service—especially thanks to Said.
