“Lovely place”

The best

Stayed for one night as we had a late flight. Modern huge flat on two floors. Reserved parking in the garage. Also, free parking outside.

To be improved

Needs a bit of basic maintenance. Paint peeling off, not all switches are working, nothing major though.

“For a very short stay (2 days) it might be ok. Unfortunately, there was some negative points that outweigh the positive points, so I don`t will comment on any positive points, since the description not matched what was advertised and the communication prior to checkin was so difficult and slowly that I would not recommend this place for anybody who is searching for a stress free stay. I recommend to read also other negative reviews, cause I have no doubt that they are true after all what i experienced. It is more like an AirBNB experience, for Booking.com it was my worst booking. · Cons: - The communication was extremely difficult. Simple questions were not answered for days. Only automated messages. Only after I contacted already booking.com they finally answered something, but codes came only 1h before Checking. After I found out that the apartment not matched the description, I got no answer at all to my complain. I wondered already if they not thought about that they can only get a negative review for that? I was almost as if they don´t care at all. - Advertised was a Apartment with separate bedroom and city view. It came a Studio that was at groundlevel, so no views at all, and on top of that, the window roller shutters had to be closed all the time since it was directly next to a street with people walking past. It felt like in a basement. I read this before in other reviews but I believed they have to talk about another room. I can only recommend: Do not book this if you want to stay a week or so, you will feel like you stay in a bunker for a week!”

“Pretty but overpriced and terrible customer service”

Modern spacious and clean apartment.

To be improved

Intentionally stalling the check-in process by two hours for us and multiple other guests because rooms weren't ready and nobody was notified. Giving us several wrong key-codes 30 minutes after check-in, after we were asked to be strictly on time, wasting our limited time in Santiago. Disregard from their customer service when trying to resolve multiple problems. Not what we expected from ''Upper Luxury'' at all.

“Amazing stay - would be back anytime”

The best

Amazing location, with a lot of space and a very nice comfortable bed - it was our last stop before going home and we felt like we had a really good night of sleep. It has all the amenities and the communication with the host was pretty smooth - they are very responsive and available. We asked for parking and everything worked perfectly well - I had absolutely no problem with instructions and my only regret is not staying longer.

“Modern apartment with every convenience in good location”

The best

Very spacious, very clean, healthy 20 minute walk in to centre of Santiago. Excellent Mercadona supermarket just round the corner. Underground car parking very convenient. Great and quick response via WhatsApp for any issues. Good quality appliances in the kitchen.

A clean, spacious and modern apartment. A 20 minute walk to the old town.

To be improved

The 4pm check in is a bit late. It was a little stressful not to receive any check in details until very close to check in time.
