It was just a nice surprise to see the apartment described exactly as we found it . Was perfect and the pool a bonus. And the staff couldn't of been more helpful Thankyou for a great stay.

To be improved

The bars at the front nosy but it's benidorm so is expected to be a bit loud.

The apartment was in a wonderful location.

To be improved

Unable to contact host, we were there for over a month. No change of towels and bedding, which were very old and worn. Dogs hairs on couch/bed settee. No kettle or English TV. Continuous running of water in toilet but unable to contact host. Very difficult to enter apartment Secuity oiled and serviced door lock.
