“Would not stay again here”

We did park the car at Telpark and prebooked that. So we could just walk to the accommodation a few minutes. The accommodation was very clean and the instructions were very easy to follow. Also the instructions were really detailed with videos as an example. All send by WhatsApp. That was really positive that they made the effort. Check in was with a code, very simple. We felt safe at the area. The windows had shutter to close, and it was dark then and no light came in.

Once I had booked the accommodation, I got asked several times when we will arrive. But we didn't know that in advance. So I told them, that we don't know. Then they requested us to inform them 30 minutes in advance about our arrival, which we did and it wasn't a problem for us. But when we arrived we had the door code and didn't need anyone to let us in. Therefore, we couldn't understand all the requests about the arrival time. Second, I wrote them shortly past 7pm that I need a duvet. As there wasn't one in the flat. There were just bed sheets as a cover. The reception was open till 8pm, but still no one replied and I didn't receive a duvet for the night. I was cold and had to wear a pair of trousers and a jumper and still could not sleep well. The next day they gave me a duvet, but out of two days, I had one really bad night because of that. Therefore, I think, customer service was not great. Third point, it's not allowed to leave anything in the flat. No salt, no pepper, no laundry detergent. Nothing. Not even your rubbish. You have to take everything. So for cooking it wasn't great, not even tea towels were provided. That made us feel awkward. Fourth point, the communication was in English which was appreciated. The email which said that we should check in online, was unfortunately in Spanish. So I thought this was just a booking confirmation and ignored it. Would be good to add there one or two English sentences, so that people know, that they need to check in online.

“Brand new and super comfortable”

The apartment had very comfortable beds, a lovely shower and a pull out sofa that was just like sleeping in a bed (so comfortable) The kitchen was all new and well equipped. Easy keypad check in. It couldn’t have been better
