“Never again in this hotel as a family of five”

Nice and very spacious hotel facilities, but all looking underused.

1. No vegetables on the buffet breakfast. Why is it so hard to offer healthy breakfast with tasty vegetables. Not everyone eats each day dry ham and bread. 2. As a family with three kids (ages 3, 5, 16) we had to book and pay for two rooms, instead of one only (with two beds), because in a two bed room it is not allowed to sleep more than four persons (due to some stupid outdated regulation), although the room and beds are more than sufficient. Small children do not occupy the same as adults. So, a family of five being on holidays needs to sleep in totally separate rooms (in different floors), or sleep all five in the two bed room (against the law) and pay one additional room for nothing. Why there is no care about families with more than two kids? Why the need for separation? 3. We had to waste half an hour at the reception to fill in all the data protection forms (with all the information for each family member), and had to sign although it is impossible to read what these forms tell you printed in small microscopic letters. Such a waste of time after long day of travel. And it needs to repeated in all hotels. No one is paying us for the time wasted in filling in all these data protection forms. And why there is no need to fill forms for all other laws and regulations but yes for that one, and share with the hotel signature? Anyone from the hotel staff could use the signatures for many different illegal activities. It is well known from international cybersecurity regulations that sharing of signatures in hotels is not recommended to to all the risks of misuses.

“Excelente for relax and enjoy”

Staff was friendly, allow late check in, help with tips and the spa was amazing experience. Highly recommend to relax. The facilities and views around are also very beautiful.
