The service staff is amazing. The restaurant/bar/food staff as well as the housekeeping doing and incredible job.

To be improved

Reception is unreliable. You reserve a taxi by them, but they cannot guarantee if the taxi will show up or not. You ask for silent room months in advance as well as during check-in, and you are assured, then the room is just next to reception and rooms are not soundproofed. You hear every soul on the reception lobby as well as the customers that live above you.

The best

Excellent animation team for the kids who really gave it their all to entertain. Carina at the front desk was a star who helped us to sort transport. Food was good.

To be improved

Bed size and confort were poor. Alot of mosquitos at the property.

Room had an off smell like sulphur. Daybeds on the beach were not part of hotel but they are displayed on hotel photos which implies they are part of the resort.
