1. Service- The male staff who checked into our hotel and the male staff with glasses who greeted us at the buffet were two super stars. (Sorry don’t know their name) 2. Room was big and clean. The house keeping did an amazing job refreshing the room everyday. 3. The buffet- Good food and great service 4. Easy access to the beach 5. HUGE bed

To be improved

It is an hour away from the airport. It would be good if there’s a shuttle bus for the hotel but not a deal breaker. We ended up renting a car and there were lots of parking around which was good. The noise insulation for the room is not very good. We can hear people shutting the door or walking upstairs at the middle or the night.

Buffet breakfast had lots of options. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. 1-2 min walk from pool to beach. Great water pressure in the showers. Unlimited use of water coolers on every floor. Beach towels available from hotel (€20 refundable deposit). Quieter location than other hotels as it is at the end of the strip but also only 5min walk to lots of restaurants/beach.

To be improved

Air con in room wasn't working but outside temp wasn't very high so didn't bring it up. €3 per day to use the safe in the room. Indoor pool has very limited capacity so needs to be pre-booked with reception. No designated parking - limited on street parking out front and a free car park about 300m away that we used every day.
