Iberostar Waves Las Dalias -All Inclusive

Our stay at Iberostar Waves Las Dalias was nothing short of amazing. Honestly, we couldn’t really fault anything at all. Let me break it down for you… Staff: All staff were so friendly, they’d always have a laugh and joke with you and nothing was ever too much. The atmosphere they created didn’t go unnoticed and we appreciated every one of them. Animation team: I have never been to a hotel where the entertainment team are loved as much as they are here. Even as adults with no children, we found ourselves enjoying every aspect of their effort for entertainment day and night! Shoutout to Soy and his team for really making this their priority and ensuring everyone has the best time. The whole team’s enthusiasm and energy were unmatched! Rooms and hotel areas: The room we had was a basic double, huge TV, beautiful views of the sea and mountains and quiet at night. Super clean and fresh towels and cleaning daily. General public areas around the hotel were spotless too! They really do take pride in cleaning and maintaining the area and this can be seen everywhere you go! The aircon was great however the WiFi was a little hit and miss, this did not bother us as we weren’t on holiday to be online 24/7. Food and drink: This is genuinely the best all inclusive food and drink I have experienced, surpassing 5 star hotels I have been to previously! The drinks are all premium branded and even if something isn’t on the menu, they will make this for you! They have a self service soft drinks area as well as a snack bar too which is well kept, clean and restocked often. Their buffet area in the main dining hall was clean, well kept and refreshed with so much choice even for the fussy eaters. The standout for us was the seafood night. Unlimited seafood and shellfish to your hearts content! This was the best night and on this basis alone, we would book again!!! The other clientele around the hotel were friendly and created a nice atmosphere. Most that we spoke to said they had been coming for 10+ years and we can see why. Summary: We loved this trip so much we tried to extend our stay but sadly could not change our return flight. This is a hotel where it ticks every single box. Whether you are a young or mature couple, group of friends of a family, they have something for everyone (and a high standard too!) An Absolutely outstanding experience, Tenerife and Iberostar Waves Las Dalias have definitely stolen a piece of our hearts. We’ll 100% be looking to return!

Our second time at the hotel as a family & we always have a great time. The entertainment team are fantastic with the kids and there is always so much for them to do.

Not sure but possibly our 12th time at the Las Dalias. Food fabulous, Soi and his entertainment team are just great and the hotel and staff are just wonderful. Mary in the restaurant, Soi in the entertainment team and Hassan & Roberto in the bar were our standout people, all going the extra mile with a smile. This place is just fabulous… Thanks LD

Visited here for 10 days at Easter. Food is good quality, branded drinks on all inclusive and staff really friendly. Special mention to Hassan & Sidi in the bar and all the entertainment team.
