Mold in the rooms on the bottom floor . We had to change room twice. Upper floor rooms are better.

To be improved

Old system of access cards. These cards often got demagnetized due to the closeness of a mobile phone. Showers could have been designed better as a lot of water overflew or got splashed on the bathroom floor.

Location and staff were great. Rooms and balcony are also spacious. Animation, kids club and evening shows were high quality! They provide free filtered water taps throughout the hotel.

To be improved

The floors in the rooms were a bit worn out and could use a do-over. The breakfast/diner room can get very crowded and loud, making breakfast and dinner less enjoyable relaxing moments than I would like to during my vacation. Finally, although they provide free water throughout the hotel, they do charge you for water during dinner if you are a half-board guest. I find this very odd
