The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lakeside. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the time the food was great! The area was easy to get around, and there were great options for kids, both outdoor and indoor activities were well thought out and suitable for families.

To be improved

It would have been nice to have avocado available more often at breakfast. Most of the desserts were rather average, although the quinoa-based dessert and the rice pudding were truly excellent highlights.

The best

Amazing hotel, beautiful inside and out, ge uibely lovely staff, wonderful food, great entertainment, and having the beach attached made it perfect.

To be improved

No bath on the family room is maybe the only criticism, along with the kids park being extremely basic.

Room walls are super thin and you can hear people in next rooms really easy. Was hard to sleep the first few nights.
