“A little staycation”
The best

This hotel is very nice. It’s clean, modern and the staff are very helpful and friendly The food in the all inclusive restaurant is plentiful. Some hot dishes were cold though The staff in the restaurant are helpful And very accommodating The only negative things I can say about this place, is that you have to pay 3 euros per day for use of the safe and 15 euros a day parking. Which, personally I think should be free Other than that we had a nice smooth comfortable stay

“Terrible experience with Iberostar”
The best

Terrible experience with Iberostar. My family and I have been regular Iberostar guests around the world for about ten years, both summer and winter, but unfortunately, this time we're not completely satisfied. As soon as we arrived, we asked reception a couple of times to fix the smart TV (a young woman with glasses) and she replied that she didn't know. Today, on our last day, the TV still doesn't work. This may seem trivial to many...but for those of us who spend all day exploring cities, we prefer a good movie while relaxing in bed in the evenings in our room—or at least that's what I planned on doing on this vacation. “Disappointed with stayb”
The best

Unfortunately not clean, nor anything like a luxury resort. Air conditioning absolutely terrible. Room dirty with hair still tangled in the shower head. Contacted reception in regards to both and a cleaner was sent but no aircon fixed. The cleaner did not clean shower head so remained dirty. Informed staff again in the morning but was told by guest services that no compensation could be offered, even after I had to clean the room myself. I don’t usually give reviews and really don’t like ever giving negative feedback... but would honestly skip this place. It’s like a cruise ship on land. Food mass produced at buffet, with kids running around picking at things unsupervised. Unfortunately a basic hotel.

“Recommended”
The best

Great place to enjoy playing golf. Great staff and wonderful rooms. Super clean and food variety for vegans. The best part is the staff in the bar and reception. Also the animation team that made bingo every day at 5pm. Thanks to Ana the guest relation girl, who left a welcome letter by hand, and recomend us places to visit on the nearby. 100% recommended

“Súper nice hotel”
The best

Fiesta time here and it was amazing. My kids really enjoy. Thanks to the stuff that was very lindos, and Ana the guest service who help us with some little problems
