“Love this place. Would stay here again.”

We were upgraded to a suite, which was beautiful. Great place, great pool, great location! Great breakfast! The guy who managed the breakfast area was a very hard-working professional.

The air conditioning should be a lot colder.

“Very Good beach hotel”

The best

Very good for a beach hotel. The location is amazing right at the front of the beach. The food was good, nice range of options, with quality in comparison with other beach hotels that we've stayed in. The suites at the top with the Jacuzzi are amazing: a large terrace with pool chairs, table and chairs, with a magnificent view for the sea and the bay. Sympathetic and friendly staff, from reception to restaurant. Plug for electric cars (Tesla destiny charger) was a curtesy of the hotel and a plus!

To be improved

Bit old fashion decoration. A small refurbishment would be perfect.

“Designed for Group Tourism”

The reception staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. I truly appreciate their friendly and solution-oriented attitude. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the hotel management.

Based on my personal experience during my stay... If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, and quality holiday experience, I suggest considering other hotels in the area. there are definitely better alternatives. This hotel is very large and seems to be designed primarily for large tour groups, often arriving by bus and checking in as a crowd. It caters well to bulk tourism, especially through operators like TUI etc. If you happen to make a reservation by mistake and miss the free cancellation deadline, there is absolutely no flexibility. No matter how early or reasonably you ask. I tried several times, even during check-in. The answer was always the same.

The AC did not cool the room. If this had been summer it would have been unbearable. It’s a small thing but the bartenders at the nightly events did not know how to make a manhattan.
