“The location of the property is ideal, close to the beach, Centre and parks. The room sizes are perfect for families also. · Cons: Shortly after arriving a massive leak was noted coming from the roof above the small bathroom. When highlighted to the reception staff, he blamed us for causing the leak and stated it was because the air-conditioning being on, keep in mind we had arrived 1 hour before this. He became argumentative and dismissive when we stated this and demanded we returned back to the room and turn off the aircon. We asked can maintenance come to look at the issue as it was a hazard given the amount of water falling onto the floor. He refused again blaming us for the using the air-con. The issue became persistently worse overnight (aircon off) to the point where water was flowing directly out of the ceiling rendering the bathroom a complete hazard and could not be used. We again highlighted at reception this time to a different person who again blamed the air-con and would not listen to reason, he became argumentative and to a point aggressive, screaming at us as we tried to explain. After insisting, maintenance was eventually called. I have never encountered a more aggressive, argumentative and dismissive reception staff. This is my 3rd time staying at this location, it will be the last.”

Our apartment was between groups of young teenagers who were very noisy and totally disrespectful to others and even though all the hallways say and so does the terms and conditions it is not quiet between 2200-900 more like 2:00-4:30 only

The pool area was lovely, there were no sunbeds which I thought a good thing as no fighting with towels for a spot. It was reasonably quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful.

To be improved

The apartment was unloved, it was clean but there was a lack of attention to detail. Water damaged woodwork, broken chair.

“Terrible experience, filthy apartment, no way we could stay here for a family holiday.......”

Nothing, the hotel was filthy , rubbish and beer can lying everywhere, Room was smelly and discusting We immediately stated we could not stay here, as the property is not fit for purpose. Skirting boards where rotting, mattresses filthy, broken shower trays, stained seats . We had to move to another, hotel as we could not stay in this apartment for 4 nights . We have asked for a refund and currently refused. I would not recommend to stay here for any families
