It’s what you are looking for in an Ibis at the edge of Alacala de Henares, specially if you are willing to go to Madrid center a lot. Clean, affordable, good customer service and nice cafe options. It is located near to the Garena Train station, access to the high way, good restaurant options nearby.

To be improved

Rooms need to to be sound isolated, too many couples and it could get weird at times.

Close to the station, easy access to shops and fast food places.

To be improved

Some of the staff were a bit rude. Felt a bit uncomfortable due to the way they kept on staring at us. I had to go multiple times to let them know my key wasn’t working as they told me that on the system I have already checked out which doesn’t make any sense if I’m still holding the key card.
