“IBIS : extremely positive experience”

It was for us, on a Sunday, extremely difficult to reach the hotel : many roads in the city were blocked, and our gps made us drive around during 90 minutes. Eventually we found the hotel and were received by a very friendly young lady, who understood the pressure we had felt and gave us a good room. And the room was good : everything we needed, quiet, simple but good bathroom, good bed, good mattress. We had a simple and good supper, and the morning after, we had a tasteful breakfast. WiFi is good, there is a garage (10€). The rooms were soundproofed, so no noise of the highway in front of the hotel. All in all : a very positive stay. I would certainly advise this hotel, but the hotel should make clear which exit from the highway you have to take. Recommended !

“Great customer service”

The best

I had the pleasure of staying recently for work. Unfortunately i had some problems of my own fault due to passport / room booking. Coral, the young lady on the front desk was amazingly helpful, making phonecalls & going out of her way to resolve the issue. I cant speak highly enough. Thanks Coral !
