Location was perfect for exploring Bilbao with little legs. Loved having parking space too. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. We had a great stay.

To be improved

One of the rooms we had booked had an unpleasant odour upon arrival.
