“It does what it says on the tin! Recommended!!”

The best

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Its an IBIS Budget and is fitted out to that standard. Great place to rest your weary head after a days site seeing. The breakfast is good and value for money. Recommended.

“Small but clean room, good location.”

The best

I stayed one night in a Single Room with 1 Double Bed. The location is very good, within a walking distance from Bilbao Intermodal station. Restaurants and other attractions are also within walking distances or on short bus/tram rides. The area looked safe to walk around. The breakfast was relatively simple, but fresh and tasty enough. The room was small but clean. I would consider staying here again if I visit Bilbao in the future.

“Decent choice in Bilbao”

The best

Stayed here for one night in August 2025. Pros: 1) The place is easy into and out and you don't have to deal with the city traffic. 2) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. 3) The WIFI was free with good speed and connectivity. 4) The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. 5) Hotel has a underground garage for parking. The parking space is a bit tight, but manageable. 6) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality is great. 7) The tariff is cheap. 8) It is reasonably close to the Guggenheim area. It is a 20 minute walk each way. Cons: 1) The room and bathrooms are positively tiny. There is hardly any space to move around or keep your things. 2) There is not many places to eat close to the hotel.

“Good stay for 1-2 nights”

The best

It is a cute small personable hotel. You have to understand why you are staying there. It is a good value compare to other hotels near the center. 25 min stroll to the main area, the center and the old town. The surrounding area is very local, small bars, coffee and eateries( we like to be away from main tourist areas). The train to center is right there but we did not used it. The lobby is tables and stools. There is a breakfast area and it is all very pleasant, but not a bar or lounge per se.. There is wifi but it did not work in our bedroom. The bedroom is pretty small with no real closet, not really bathroom but nicely design, great shower and comfortable bed. An extra point for ability to open the window for fresh air and great air conditioning!

“Good overnstay”

Clean comfortable central city location. 5 min drive 20 minutes walk to the Guggenheim

To be improved

No parking at the Hotel. There is underground parking in the vicinity but not easy to find at night. Best to park as close to the Hotel as possible to check in and drop bags before moving to the Underground Carpark.
