The best

The staff was very friendly and attentive to every request. My bed was broken, but they repaired it within a couple of hours. I also needed to do some laundry, and they kindly guided me to a nearby place that helped me get everything done. The location is central, only 200 meters from the metro.

To be improved

For safety reasons, I preferred to move around during the day and return before sunset, as Puente Vallecas is known for being a bit unsafe. Although I personally had no issues, my wife left a day later and requested a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, the taxi they booked was too small for all the luggage, so they had to call another one, which caused delays. Due to heavy traffic and alternate routes, the cost of the taxi ended up being €80, which is quite expensive compared to the average rate of around €40.
