“A really good hotel near Plaza de Toros”
The best

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and really liked it. Located near a Metro station, very convenient to reach all touristic places. Staff is very gentle and supported us with restaurant, bars and interesting places to visit. Near Plaza de Toros.

“Great location, OK Hotel, Excellent Staff.”
The best

Overall, the staff was great but we felt as if the hotel lightning was dark in the hallways, and not much room to sit in the lobby, also they had a generator due to work being done nearby and their electricity that's gotten cut off. The hotel is extremely well located and in the center of town, near Ventas subway and the area is relatively quiet.

“Loved the location, supermarket, metro, shops all within 50m from the hotel. Staff was really nice and willing to help us, the room was clean, cosy and accommodating. Very good breakfast · Cons: One thing that needs improvement is that both days that we had breakfast the tables and chair were littered with crumbs, even though the second day the room was empty when we got there.”

Everything is perfect, very clean. Air conditioner, hair dryer. Great location near the metro, there is supermarket in the same building.

“Good location. Clean and tidy · Cons: The lift is very temperamental, the staff at front desk said the cards sometimes work and other times they are difficult to get going. Had to use stairs a few times as couldn't get to work. The aircon was weird. Had it down to 15 degrees and was still hot as during night. Put it lower and no difference”
