“Cons: Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel is located far from the city center — around 10 train stops away, and then a 20-minute walk from the station to the hotel. There are no attractions or walking areas nearby. Taxis are often stuck in traffic, and most of them do not have functioning air conditioning, which makes the journey exhausting. By the time you arrive at the hotel, you feel completely drained. The room I stayed in felt more like a cell than a hotel room — a small window, no curtains, a tiny jacuzzi, and a damaged TV screen. It was honestly the most uncomfortable room I've ever stayed in. The staff were kind and well-intentioned, but their approach is more based on personal judgment than professional hospitality standards. The hotel does not seem to follow the usual international hotel service codes or expectations.”

“wonderful stay”

The best

rooms are spacious. staff was very helpful. Mr. Alfons, Mr. Alex, Ms. Nerea and ms Martha all were well trained well mannered persons. there is no fridge in the rooms. location is good. supermarket is on walkable distance. overall wonderful experience .
