“Good location, attentive staff, but still missing the details to make it a great stay”
The best

The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful when they were able. When our room wasn't getting cool enough they first offered us another room (which had the same cooling issue) and then provided us with a fan to help.

To be improved

We had a lot of issues with the key cards the first 36 hours. Every time we left the room for more than a few hours, the key cards would reset and we'd have to ask the front desk to make us new ones. Also the air con wasn't good so it was quite warm in the room at night but it was helpful to have the fan that the front desk provided, especially on the days when the temperature was extra high. The parking garage is exceptionally small and narrow, even for Spain. Finally, there was mold in the bathroom. To be fair, we didn't complain about the mold while we were there, and I'm sure they would have addressed it if we had, but I feel like mold was just the icing on the cake of a well-staffed but still missing the mark property.

Parking was dreadful - too tight for larger cars! View from bedroom window was not pleasant. Breakfast was okay but not as good as in other places we have stayed.
