Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good location, easy to get to Madrid centre by bus with a bus stop right outside. Comfortable room and fabulous breakfast.

Very good hotel.we had a problem with our room when we arrived but the girl Laura,went over and beyond,too sort it.lady at the bar in the morning was so friendly.

Pool was close for most of the day the first day,but they done everything too get it back up and running,again
