“Very good choice”

The best

The hotel has more amentities than ordinary Ibis Styles including kettler and minibar. It has central location in walking distance from all main museums and places of interst and comfortable metro connection with Madrid Airport, raylway and intercity bus stations. The stuff was helpful and provided all available information. There are many cafes and supermarket Carrefour near the hotel

“Ibis Style Madrid Prado”

The best

The hotel’s location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was quite small and lacked proper natural light, which meant we chose to spend as much time outside as possible. The breakfast buffet was decent. We would especially like to thank the outstanding GM, Begona Balandin, who promptly resolved an issue and made us feel comfortable.

The best

I had a very pleasant stay with a truly friendly and warm welcome. The location is within walking distance to the city center, which made everything very convenient. I definitely felt that I got great value for what I paid. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

“Pleasant hotel in a very good location”

The best

I was quite happy with my one-night stay at this hotel. For the brand and level, it fully met expectations, and the location is very good for getting out and seeing the city. The staff with whom I dealt were all professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable and of a reasonable size; above the standard that I was expecting. I was travelling with my dog and was provided with a welcome pack for her. I did not take the breakfast, but I did use the room service option for dinner. Considering that it is outsourced and so takes a bit longer to arrive, the meal was good although it could’ve been a bit warmer. If you prefer to go out, there are many restaurants in close proximity. If you are travelling by car, and you have reserved a place, the hotel parking entrance is immediately to the right of the hotel entrance itself. If you’re not used to driving in confined spaces, you may be a bit nervous, as parking involves driving into a lift, dropping a couple of stories, and then manoeuvering in a small garage. The hotel staff will help you with this. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room. There is a coffee machine service available on the ground floor.
