Lovely staff - always ask “How are you?” and nothing is too much trouble. Drinks are great. Facilities are clean and tidy.

To be improved

I think some basic essentials such as milk for a coffee/tea and some complimentary small bottles of drinking water for when you arrive would have been a nice touch. Doors slam shut - very loud at night when people are returning from a night out. Soft closing doors would be good. More bin bags under the sink for us to use.
