Location and style perfect. Pool freezing !

To be improved

Smell of sewage as we arrived. No working wifi. Dirty stained downstairs toilet seat. No proper pillows. Workmen next door playing loud music and watching into our private pool area.

“Superb house and location, let down by management”

The best

Everything nice, lovely decoration, stunning views, log fire, comfortable beds, well equipped, light and airy space and superb outdoor facilities for hot weather. Nothing to dislike once technology was mastered.

To be improved

Lack of response and communication by management, unable to contact for help. Not told about useful side gate for unloading, heavy items to avoid large number of steps at front. House cold on arrival and no heating instructions, calls not returned, Gardeners wander in without letting us know of arrival. Outdoor lights at rear not working. It would be nice if pool could be heated for year round use. Tumble dryer in winter would be useful.

“Gorgeous villa but spoiled by mosquitoes!”

The villa and interior design were stunning. There was lots of space the quality of the interior was luxurious. The air conditioning and the Wi-Fi were both good quality. Javea is a lovely resort great beach and lots of bars and restaurants but you need a car to access the area.

To be improved

We couldn’t use the outdoor space due to mosquitoes it was such a shame as the outdoor areas were lovely. We tried insect repellent, candles sprays but nothing worked. Also the pool was very cold we managed to use it a couple of times but only when the temperature was 28 degrees plus which we used to cool off but had to get back inside quickly to avoid the mosquitoes!

“Exceptional”

The best

This villa was just perfect in any possible way! The staff managing the property, especially Jolanta, went an extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as only possible! A clean, warm, lovely pool with an incredible view of the Javea mountain and the sea was offered, and our kids as well as adults loved it! 9 minutes drive to the sea side! Many thanks!
