Positive: agents responded promptly to reported issues (replaced sheets/towels quickly, repaired shower/back door soon after reporting).

Very positive: Burriana location praised—bars/restaurants on doorstep, ~150 yards to the beach, easy walk to Nerja centre and inexpensive taxis at night.

Mixed: heating and TV (multiple language channels) praised and kitchen generally functional, but toaster useless, iron broken and limited pool sunbeds were negatives.

Negative: guests report no cleaners during a 3-week stay, had to request replacement sheets/towels; cleanliness/service of linens required intervention.

Mixed-positive: two good-sized bedrooms, lots of storage, comfy beds and good outdoor patios, but split-level layout with stairs and poor pillows were drawbacks.
