“Very friendly and helpful staff!!! Excellent breakfast and the rooms were very clean and maintained; however, there were no room darkening drapes or blinds only sheer see-through drapes which impacted our sleep and privacy. Also, we could smell cigarette smoke from the neighboring room being blown out their window. This was not the property's fault but diminished our experience. I recommend this property and the outstanding staff.”

“ICON Casona 1900 is the ideal boutique hotel for a stay in Madrid. Great shopping and restaurants all around. The hotel is lovely; the rooms well appointed and spacious. Everything from the wonderful water pressure in the rain shower to the majestic breakfast buffet are top notch! We’ve stayed at ICON Casona multiple times, but all it will take is 1 time to fall in love with this gem of a hotel!”
