“The ICON Valparaiso is the perfect place for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation!”

The best

It is beautifully situated overlooking the sea. As we were walking down the stairs from the taxi when we arrived we could see the incredibly gorgeous views. It was a magical ooohhhh ahhhhh moment! Simply stunning. The staff were fantastic. Their customer service support was outstanding. Every single person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

To be improved

The quality and pricing of some of the food items can be improved. The hot food items, especially for breakfast need work. For example, bacon always undercooked and eggs either made in microwave or made from some egg substitute. Had a very strange texture and taste. Also pricing an order of French fries/chips at almost €12 needs review. These 2 things were the only blip on a fabulous stay.

“A Must-Visit Hotel!”

The best

You can’t beat the views or the service from this hotel. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they were to us throughout our stay. The hotel was close to two lovely beaches and had a private pool with a beautiful lookout to enjoy as well. We can’t wait to come back

“Gorgeous mini break”

The best

Very chilled 4 night stay. Hotel has a nice relaxed vibe. Location on the headland is fantastic. Hotel staff are great, shout out to Abbey at reception and Natalia on the bar. Cala d’Or is a 15min drive away for a wider choice of restaurants. We would return.

“Is there a 6 star option? Just amazing!”

Just back from a weeks stay at Icon Valparaiso. Such a lovely hotel and the staff were amazing. The Manager Carlos was there everyday chatting to and interacting with guests, he must be the most helpful, friendly and accommodating Hotel Manger I have ever met. Most hide behind the office walls. If there was a 6 star option for the team I would choose it. Very well run and friendly hotel and the perfect place to Relax and unwind.

“Fabulous hotel!”

The best

We had the most fantastic time at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was great quality & there was always lots to choose from. Room was kept very clean, with fresh towels and lovely soft bedding. The location is perfect, the short walk to the beach was ideal! We can’t wait to visit again- thank you.
