IDEAL NAVIDAD EN GRUPO!!! 10 personas-VILLA with BIG POOL SM 4 bedrooms- CLIMA, general HEATING, FIBRE SM21

“The villa is very spacious with 2 big double bedrooms and ensuite shower rooms/toilets. And 2 small bedrooms with a shared shower room/toilet upstairs Air con in every room Large swimming pool. Garden with some nice plants/flowers Walking distance to beach and restaurants, supermarkets etc… · Cons: We entered the villa to a horrible smell! And it didn’t seem that clean. The garage floor was flooded and toilet in the garage didn’t work and terrible smell. Upstairs on one bedroom wall, in a corridor and on one bathroom ceiling there was mold! We contacted the host. She responded quickly and sent Olivier within a couple of hours who cleaned off the mold. He was friendly and did his best. The host said not to worry about the garage we didn’t need to use it? The washing machine is there and is that what we pay for? Two BBQ’s one broken and the other disgusting! Olivier did his best to clean it up but put us off using it. We also asked him to clean up a deflated Jacuzzi with stagnate water and rubbish in it. For me mold is NOT acceptable at nearly 4000 euros for the week! and a health hazard (my daughter has asthma) her reply “I have asthma too and this is not a problem completely safe!” Really? How? First place I’ve ever stayed in with NO welcome pack NO information at all about anything. So unprofessional. The pool didn’t seem to filter properly and started to look dirty so contacted host again…she said normally someone comes once a week I replied saying either they didn’t come or they didn’t do it properly her reply: Oops! Someone came the next day and sorted problem. Bedding and towels old and worn out. Retractable awning didn’t work. Tiny dishwasher. Broken glasses in the cupboard. The chopping board was black. We had a lot of noise from music nearly every night and most of the night difficult to sleep! We were constantly finding pieces of glass on the floor and my mum got a shard of glass in her foot. The villa needs a serious clean it has NOT been cleaned properly and needs to be renovated. Wake up OWNERS –it’s a disgrace that you can rent out a property in that condition at that price! This is the first time I’ve given a bad review and as a result of being SO disappointed and angry we left one day early!”
