The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and excellent transport options nearby. A big thank you to Kuliana (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name), who went above and beyond to help us – it was truly appreciated! Ps: Make sure to have the hostel’s name updated!

Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom badly needs a deep clean, and the room itself could really use an upgrade. While the mattress was comfortable, all the lockers were broken. With just a few hundred euros, the room could easily be upgraded, but the cleaning staff needs to be replaced—the cleanliness was unacceptable. We also had a terrible experience with the lift. One of the staff members actually got stuck in it, and we had to use the stairs to reach the 4th floor. I’m not just talking about myself, but also an elderly person with mobility issues who was traveling with us. Security was another serious concern. We were staying in a 6-bed female dorm, and in the middle of the night, we were shocked to wake up to a man trying to take a shower in our room. We later learned that the night shift staff had mistakenly assigned him to our room.
