The staff. There was an issue with the key, they solved it. Late at night there was no internet for tv. The solved this also late at night. Clase service.

“Clean towels every day. Allowed my bike in the room with me. Large room. The cafeteria attached does reasonably priced tostadas for breakfast. Mini bar fridge in room. · Cons: Everything is just a bit broken, not enough to warrant complaining about but I've probably got relatively low standards. Room 103. The switch for the a/c is hanging off the wall, so you can see the wiring inside. Three of the four lamps in the bathroom light are broken. Need to be very gentle with the shower door if you don't want it to come out of its rails. The water in the shower never gets warmer than tepid. The shower is slow to drain, leaving you standing in 5cm of water. Twin room, one of the mattresses was so knackered you just roll into the middle of the bed, fortunately I was travelling solo and could use the other that was marginally better.”

Staff were very friendly, calm and helpful. Room service was regular and thorough. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Lovely view of the hills from the window. Convenient proximity to variety of shops and bus/taxi stops.

To be improved

One of the sliding shower doors was a little unstable in the sense that if you weren't careful, you could pull it out of alignment.
