I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is advertised as a 4-star property - in reality, it barely meets a 1-star standard. The only positive thing I can mention is the location, which is actually quite good. Everything else? A huge disappointment. First shock upon arrival: we were asked to pay a €50 deposit with no proper explanation. Supposedly refundable, but we are still waiting for the money to be returned. Also, you can only pay this deposit by credit card, which makes zero sense and feels unnecessarily restrictive. Now let’s talk about the “all inclusive” because this is where it becomes almost ridiculous. You still have to pay extra for multiple things: cocktail of the day? Paid ice cream? Paid wine during lunch/dinner? Paid So what exactly is included? The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. One elevator was broken, and the other one looked older than me and felt unsafe to use. Cleanliness is also questionable -in the evenings there are cockroaches literally everywhere around the property. Another serious issue: stray cats wandering around the hotel. I understand some people may find them cute, but these were aggressive. I personally witnessed a cat attack a woman near the pool. This is not acceptable in a hotel of any standard. Food was extremely disappointing. Very repetitive, low quality, and often simply inedible. Soups were tasteless, pizza undercooked, and overall selection very limited. Breakfast was the only somewhat acceptable option because at least you could make a basic sandwich. We paid for all inclusive and ended up eating mostly fries and pizza - that says everything. On top of that, food often ran out. If you came later to breakfast, you had to deal with leftovers and very limited choice. And to make things even worse- even coffee was often unavailable. Imagine staying at a hotel and not being able to get a simple coffee when you want one. Entertainment was also very poor - low effort and clearly targeted at an older audience (mostly 60+). If you’re in your 20s, 30s, or even 40s, this place is absolutely not for you. Reading other reviews now, I can see many guests complaining about the same issues: outdated rooms, poor hygiene, rude or indifferent staff, lack of real all-inclusive value, and overall very low standards. Save your money and go somewhere else. This hotel is simply not worth it.

We spent 11 nights from March 21st to April 1st 2026. We booked a garden view room on the 3rd floor. On arrival at 11pm there was no food available and the AI had finished. The furnishings in our room were tired and needed updating. We found that there are positive and negative points for this hotel. These are: Positives *Great position for the lovely beach 100m away *Plenty of sunbeds available *The hotel, grounds and public areas are clean *Breakfast was probably the tastiest meal of the day Negatives *Food in the restaurant is very repetitive and poor quality (lunch and evening dinner) pork, chips, overcooked pizza was served most days. Little or no variety for guests. *The hotel snack bar which is by the children’s pool also provided poor quality and unvaried food. *The hotel bar is in a separate building from the hotel. We found it to be an unpleasant dark depressing building. *Typical AI local alcoholic brands drinks poor quality *Many hotel staff that we encountered appeared to be miserable towards us (this maybe because we were British as the vast majority of guests at the hotel were German. The hotel is geared up for German guests. Conclusion In our opinion this is not a 3*plus hotel which the Tui web site states. The sign at the front of the hotel states that it is a 4* hotel. It is at best only a 3* hotel. The negative points stated above far out-way the positive points. If you’re paying for AI then you want much better quality than this hotel provides. We will not be returning to this hotel. Pay a little bit more money and stay at a better quality hotel. This hotel is not worth your hard earned money.

We paid for 4 ⭐, we received 1 ⭐, very disappointing

Just back from 2 weeks stay at the hotel. Location excellent right by a lovely beach and plenty of shops. Room spacious with a large bathroom we had great views from our balcony of the pool and the sea. Plenty of variety at meal time especially the fish dishes. Hotel always kept clean. Staff were all very friendly a special mention to Luca who kept us entertained of an evening. Could do with a few English channels on the TV. Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked to return in November

There is no way on this planet that this is a 4* hotel. Only if you compare to Butlins!! Hotel is dated and in dire need of an upgrade, Air-conditioning was usless, set at 0c room still 26c. 2 plug sockets in room, 1 in bathroom 1 in living/sleeping area, ,Dirty cups/glasses left in corridors for days on end. Restaurant was pure chaos, not enough staff to clean tables and re-set for next ppl. The food was always cold, and I know AI can get repetitive however, pork for lunch, pork for dinner, nealry every single day of the week is a bit much. The only good thing about this hotel is the entertainment guy, the only happy member of staff in the entire complex. I am no holiday snob and yes you get what you pay for, but this is the worst place I have ever stayed (Bulins excluded)

Where do i start with this hotel. Location is good for the beach shops etc. The hotel its self is not so good. THE ROOMS Defo need an upgrade very basic clean but basic only 3 plug sockets in the bedroom 1 is for the fridge one is behind the sofa and the other in-between the 2 single beds so bring an extension lead. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The shower over bath was powerful but you had to be careful as the water got extremely hot then went cold RESTAURANT in our opinion this could of been improved the themed nights weren't very good chinese night was spring rolls and a very watery curry. The Mexican night consisted off deep fried jalapeño and cream cheese. Tortilla chips and tasteless sauces. ENTERTAINMENT only one guy doing all the activities he was quite good tho. BAR STAFF There wasn't enough staff on at the start of the night meaning massive queues quite a few of the young male staff were extremely rude and abrupt particularly elier (think that's how his name was spelt.)On a few occasions he actually argued with us. (Most of the staff were good just the few let your hotel down) We asked for a dissarono and pepsi zero and a bottle off beer to be told only 2 drinks were allowed (I get the rule but when u get a spirit and a mixer you would class that as one drink ) ALL INCLUSIVE PREMIUM we upgraded to premium before we came to get the top shelf drinks and bottles of soft drinks well worth the upgrade. The thing that let this down was the fact you only had 2 places to get your drinks the pool bar till 7 then the entertainment place till 11. No bar in lobby so if bad weather you had to go outside to get a drink. We booked this hotel as we had stayed in the same chain of hotels in gran canaria thinking the food etc would be something similar how wrong we were. Would we return that's a NO
