Standard quality for this hotel tier.
“Beautiful region, loads to do and see, and this residence is perfect.”
Cozy rooms, Ease of access to local bars and train station to get to Bilbao, locals very nice and helpful
No wifi, but apparently this was not a normal occurance.
“It was spacious, reasonably clean two toilets, a good fridge. · Cons: The description of the property and supporting photographs were not an accurate reflection of what we found. On arrival, we were shocked by the insalubrious environment. It looked more like social housing than private apartments. At first, we could not even access the site because major building work was taking place - we were not forewarned about this. This building work was extremely noisy, smelly ( asphelt or the equivalent was being laid on the path at the front) right outside of the property, rendering the balcony unusable and consequently we could not open the windows, which we dearly wished to do, owing to the heat. Inside of the property, the interior was generally well decorated, however, two of the internal doors would not shut, one of the door handles was falling off, the shower tray was cracked and severely leaking on the bathroom floor and we had to use the mop and bucket to remedy the situation. In the morning, the intrusive building work started at 8.30 am. We were very pleased that we had not booked more than one night.”
