Towels haven’t been changed during our 5-days stay

The room wasn’t entirely clean, mainly the floors. The air con was difficult to work and smelled strange but worked well enough. We struggled to get back into the property our first night as we weren’t sure we had a key for the front door (we did have one but we weren’t told what it was for). The upstairs toilet was also slightly difficult to work, you have to press the flush again to make it stop. The stairs as well are safe but very low and easy to injure yourself on.

The drain upstairs smells sometimes, the sink on the first floor was little bit clogged, but it was not an issue. Overall very nice apartment for couples.

In general it's clear that it was set up for short-term rental and hasn't really been lived in. Lots of little things that added up: Upstairs shower tends to leak out the bottom pretty badly, leading to puddle formation around the toilet. Could create serious water damage issues. Upstairs sink drains very slowly; probably has a hair clog that needs to be cleared. Bumped my head on the spiral staircase a couple of times -- would be a good idea to add some padding to the edge or at least some visibility tape so people don't hit their head. Lamp hanging above the dinner table looks like it might be falling down -- the fixture is clearly loose. Would be great to add a few other basics disposable items -- roll of paper towels, a bit of cooking oil, salt, sugar, a couple of sample capsules of coffee for the coffee machine etc. Knives in kitchen were dull. Couch had very sunken-in padding, so wasn't very comfortable to sit on.
