“Unprepared apartment and poor service – not worth the risk, strongly do not recommend”

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to actually stay in the apartment, as upon arrival it turned out to be unprepared and in a condition that did not match the expectations. Even during the very short time we spent there, we were disappointed with its actual state (photos attached). The assistance provided by the host was entirely unsatisfactory — no acknowledgment of responsibility for their own mistakes, and no willingness to offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress we experienced.

To be improved

The apartment was not ready upon our arrival, and its condition did not meet our expectations of a luxury stay near the beach. The host’s handling of the situation was highly disappointing – there was no acceptance of responsibility, no apology, and no offer of compensation for the significant inconvenience caused. We experienced lost time and stress due to the situation. Communication with the host felt dismissive and unhelpful. Fortunately, Booking.com responded more professionally and provided partial compensation. I strongly advise against booking with this company if you want a stress-free vacation.

“Great location easy to access and would come back”

Great view plenty of towels and shower gel for our stay. Kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need

To be improved

The small Shower could do with a grip mat as my friend slipped and fell and cut her foot. Windows could be cleaner. The cleaner came one hour before checkout and attempted to enter the apartment. We heard the ringing but as we hadn’t heard it before we’re unsure so partly our fault but unsure why they wouldn’t wait till checkout time to enter especially when on the form I had stated we would be checking out at check out time.

“Great location with stunning views.”

The best

Great location and the views were spectacular. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Kitchen had everything you need. Good instructions for arrival and door codes etc.

To be improved

Cushions in conservatory could be cleaner and lots of mosquito kill marks on walls, doors and ceilings. Take repellent and bite cream.

“Great place to spend time in Malaga”

The best

The location and the view from the terrace is amazing. The building is right next to the beach. There are multiple restaurants in the area. The is small store in the same building and a bigger market close to the place. Travelling to the Malaga center requires taking a bus (bus stop also not far away) but it's still not very far.

“Great location, great apartment!”

Great location, right on the beach. Loved the terrace! The apartment is big and spacious, nicely decorated.Overall, it's a great, clean apartament and you have everything you need for a nice, pleasent stay there.

To be improved

Big, spacious apartment, but it needs some reconditioning. Some pieces of furniture are damaged or outdated and the bathroom definitely needs an update.
