Nothing really. Could possibly do with a recycling bin and more toilet paper but seriously that’s really picking something for constructive feedback.

A lot went wrong. We arrived when it was heavily raining in Malaga. Hoping to clean up a little bit. We were surprised to find NO hot water. After searching, the boiler was not connected to electricity. The cable couldn’t fit the socket! The problem could only be partly resolved the other day by an electrician. Which of course messed up the plans made, because we had to wait till afternoon. What made matters worse. After showering we heard knocking on the door. It was the neighbour below. The water comes up in the wall and leaks if we shower. It was already a known problem. But after so long it wasn’t fixed for them at all. Now we constantly had to shower with guilt. Despite repeatedly promising updates and resolutions, I was left chasing them for responses. After nearly two months of back-and-forth messages, we finally received clarity, but the offered compensation—a complimentary one night for a future stay in the same apartment —was both inadequate and impractical. Not only do I have no plans to return to the place, but the compensation is only valid until 2025, which further underscores how unrealistic this offer is. This experience left me very disappointed in the owner and management. No respect for the neighbours. No respect for the guest. And really unprofessional standards. One tip: don’t book here.
