The best

The location is amazing, everything was very close, 5 minutes far from the centre, by foot. The stuff was available every time when we needed something. Everyone is very polite and helpful. As we arrived earlier, they offered to keep our luggage until check in time, for free.

To be improved

We had some delays with check-in. Even though, it was later in the afternoon, they needed a bit more time for cleaning. But the apartment was clean and very nice. Also, as we checked in later, the host offered late check out as compensation.

Left some belongings in the apartment that were collected and could be retrieved later.

To be improved

Due to power & phone network outage, we could not get in the building: the button and app did not work. It was midnight. Thankfully some other people went into the building, and the apartment itself could be opened with a code.

Location was perfect! Beds were comfy. Very clean. Staff very responsive to messages !

To be improved

Pillows varied between beds and not very good. I found this apartment had a lack of utensils and cleaning products, like hand soap in the bathroom. Shower fixing was broken and shower head kept falling down, and the pressure was not amazing!
