“Modern, cozy, but has to be renovated”

The property is in a good, quiet location located close to the metro, very short distance to the center and the staff were very helpful and responsive during the whole trip.

To be improved

The apartment itself is very modern, however it is very, i mean very different from the photos. The bathrooms need to be renovated, one shower head doesn't work properly, there is a problem also regulating water. The walls are very dirty, painted over, we found also many bugs in our room. Kitchen area is burnt, very poorly maintained. The A/C didn't work properly, we were hot all the time. We also asked for the cards for the pool since it was already open, but they said they will bring it to us, but we didn't get them after the whole week of the trip. Overall I feel like the apartment is nice but it must be renovated.

The best

The location is near a metro station so you can easily go to the historic center. The parking is great, the building is really safe. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room. There are grocery stores near by and coffee shops. Also, if you want to go to the beach and you have a car, there is a highway you can take to get you there, it's only a 15 min drive.

To be improved

The cleaning was superficial. All of the furniture has some flaw.

great size and space in the apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, great shower, good facilities

To be improved

collecting the keys was difficult the instructions were poor once we located the building and it wasn't clear which was block 3 or block 7 and which key pad to use. It was then difficult to know which lift to us and where to find my room. The lady on the phone was exceptionally helpful but all I could do was call and speak to her or watch a Youtube video which was almost impossible as my phone was about to die and I had no way of charging it. Without my phone I wouldn't have been able to gain access as there was no one to greet us.

The location was good for us as we wanted to be near the university campus. Maybe would be less ideal for those wanting to be nearer the city centre. Though only a 5 minute walk to the metro which takes around 20 minutes into town... Lots of handy supermarkets and shops nearby although not too many places to eat...though we did stay out of season. Communication was really good - lots of helpful messages. Comfortable apartment.

To be improved

Apartment was perfectly comfortable - just a few areas (shower areas and kitchen worktops) looking a bit tired. Could have done with a few more useful items in kitchen (oven glove, spatula, draining rack (to stop that worktop warping!) But generally very good and would stay again.
