The living room was lovely and cool Everything was clean The bed upstairs was comfortable The terraces were great! The location was great

The air con upstairs didn't work very well (and we kept the doors closed) so it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night The sun loungers need replacing. They were strapped together with bungee cord so the owners must know they are broken The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. It dipped in the middle. There was only a single flat sheet left for the double sofa bed and no pillow cases for the pillows which were left for the sofa bed. The water completely ran out in the early hours of the morning upstairs.

“False advertising the outside area is nothing like what they advertise! Dirty / Rotten / Awful”

The outside area was nothing like what was advertised the wood around the hot tub was rotten with panels off the side of the hot tub with cables all hanging out. Hot tub had leaked all the water out due to cracks in it, we could only use the hot tub on the last night of stay. only one function worked on the hot tub! The A/C unit in the bed room was leaking and had stained the wall and door frame this is a massive health concern. I complained during my stay, and I complained to booking.com the owners would not reply to them either. False advertising, the outside area is dirty and rotten nothing like their pictures!

Following items broken not functioning correctly, 1) hot tub not working correctly / and wood rotten/ side cover removed exposing pumps, rear cover not fitted correctly, temperature too hot, could not regulate, second blowers not working, 2) external shower broken , 3) sun lounger sink to the floor (buckled), 4) air conditioning very noisy and dripping down the wall. I have photos of all these points if required.
