The best

Property was perfectly located, minute from beach. Coffe shop, “Mercadona”, lot of restaurants are near by. Place was Nicely furnished, kitchen and bathroom also renovated.

To be improved

The floors were really dirty, we had to clean it by ourselves. Showers could be better cleaned, there was a bit of mold. Lastly, the seating cushions were dirty, would be nice to wash them or change.

Hello, Overall the apartment was excellent. The property has balcony with a great sea view, it’s pretty spacious, seems to be newly renovated and the surrounding area has many nice shops and cafes.

To be improved

Checking in was ok, the only issue we faced was that I had to copy the address in Google maps but, unfortunately, it picked “Calle” instead of “Avenida” which took us to a completely different part of Malaga! I’d recommend sending a link with the exact address via email or WhatsApp ahead of time. The only downside was parking space. The allotted space is jammed between two columns with very little ability to manoeuvre because the common area is also narrow (I believe it was designed for very small cars or maybe motorcycles). For a 4-bedroom flat, parking was inadequate and we had a 7-seater car which would never fit in the space. We managed to park in a close by parking but it meant an extra cost of €17 per day (for 6 days) and an additional 5-minute walk which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the experience was good and the staff were responsive and helpful.
