The bathroom door couldn’t close. They offered to get it repaired during our stay (great service), but we didn’t really mind so it was fine. There was also a construction site next to the building, but that didn’t bother us either.

Slightly tired paint work and floor wasn’t fully cleaned. Check in was a bit mis leading- phone call not answered when the person failed to call us back after the doorbell to the apt wasn’t answered. Luckily we got in when someone came out! Had to figure out how to operate the doors/lifts etc An info pack for the Aprt with general info would be very helpful!

We had a very bad experience staying here We found around 10 cockroaches every day, they were everywhere in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and even in the sofa. They kept coming even though we cleaned the whole flat and kept food away, it was very nasty. Because it was Christmas and everything was fully booked we were not able to change our accommodation. There were also a lot of other stuff that contributed to the bad experience, construction outside and inside the building. Flat lacking basic maintenance (leaking shower, screws sticking out of kitchen cupboard, broken furniture, dirty chairs, parking remote not working etc…) I also want to mention that there was no compensation or any sympathy offered from the owner when we contacted them about the issue. Also, the rental agency took weeks before they replied, offering no compensation.
