See details and actions Not published This hotel looks nice from outside but what let's it down is it's customer relations as they are no good from the reception to the bar staff now where do I start as there's so much to note it's a 4 star but it's really 2 or 3 at if you look at it there's no coffee or kettle in your room so if you get up before 8 am and don't book their breakfast in the buffet you have to wait until the bar opens at 8am then if you want a drink coffee or tea any soft drink you are held to ransom to them also it's to far from the shops as its like it's next to a highway you can't walk but they don't tell you there's a hidden path as a short cut that's safe to walk they also forget that you are the customer but look at you and speak to you as you should not good enough to there not helpful at all the only thing that goes for this hotel is the bus that takes you to the metro station but there again if there's 3 or 4 of you travelling to seville I would say that you are better getting a taxi it's only about 13 euros door to door and for having something to eat at their bar is a joke not much to choose from which is overpriced they have a child's menu but they still charge full prices for it and they are doing a lot of work outdoors workers from 8am to late so realistically its only worth 2 stars not 4 stars they advertise SO BE CAREFUL KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Trip type Holiday Travel group Family Rooms 3 Service 1 Location 2 Rooms No kettle or coffee Nearby activities No not any Safety ?????? I am a tour operator and I stay very frequently in Spanish hotels, but Ilunion Alcora Sevilla is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Spain. We have now checked out and booked another hotel in Seville. Before our stay, I called to request a room with a balcony and, based on the advice given, booked a Junior Suite Premium. Nowhere is it mentioned that the hotel is under renovation, which I find very serious. Our balcony was located at the front where construction work was taking place and was completely covered in dust. There were two dirty plastic chairs without a table, and the bathroom smelled very unpleasant. Every morning at 8:15 a.m. we were woken up by grinding machines and drilling, and throughout the entire day a forklift was driving past our room. As we were staying on the ground floor, guests and construction workers were constantly walking past. Due to the amount of dust, I developed irritated, itchy eyes. The breakfast was of poor quality and not hygienic: cappuccino without milk, rubbery eggs and unpleasant bread rolls. We had booked breakfast for four days, but after the first day we did not use it for the remaining three days. After the first night, I reported my complaints directly to reception, but nothing was resolved. No alternative room and absolutely no solution was offered. If you want to wake up relaxed, do not book this hotel. This hotel is terrible.

Firstly I would like to say that this hotel needs to be inspected. Rooms are dated and sofa made me icy for days. Flea ridden. Staff are rude and there was no cutlery or mini bar stocked even though a junior suite was purchased. I asked for my room to be cleaned and when I returned they forgot to leave fresh towels and mugs and glasses. 3 times I asked for a manager and was told to come back in the morning. Lastly asked for a bottle opener as there wasn’t one in the room only to be told it wasn’t allowed to give metal objects or to have in the rooms. This is at best a 3 star hotel. Breakfast they are serving boiled cauliflower something I’ve never seen on a breakfast trolley before. I had to change room after 1 night due to the amount of noise from the window I couldn’t sleep I was put into a disabled access room but was better than the original. Lastly the pictures online aren’t what you get so DO NOT BE FOOLED! you’ll find better 3 stars across Spain!. Very deceiving place one of the worst I’ve stayed in

Staff were very kind towards myself and my children. Shuttle to and from the metro was very helpful.

Shuttle service between the hotel and metro station. Swimming pool was great in the extreme heat. Staff very friendly.

Hotel is far from the city center. Hotel is under construction. Room given was dusty so they changed the room immediately which should be noted. However, room is not 4-star in any stretch. At best based on old furnitures, horrible bedding, old bathrooms with mold on the tub, etc the hotel should be a 2-star and shouldn’t be costing $325/night. I’ll never stay at any Hotel Ilunion anymore at all
