Just a comfortable stay.

Hotel was in a great location. Short and easy walk to metro, beach was within a 10 minute walk and the hotel itself had everything we needed for a group of 10. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone, I would even come back again

Staff lovely and rooms spacious

Hotel was good but location not so good staff is good also the breakfast was ok the location i would say is not very good...

We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool & be close to the beach. We booked a room with no balcony. In general it appeared that hotels in area did not have balconies. Checking in was easy & helpful. We were given a room on 6th floor but went back to reception to ask for another room. 6th floor room - couldn’t open door, husband had to force it. We could see immediately the water damage on the floor as the flooring was raised. So the door had also swelled due to water damage. The reception would have known of the issue & should not be giving this room. Apart from this issue, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We used the pool & sunbathing area. We had s fab & plentiful breakfast one morning and on the last day had a lovely meal. We found all staff to be great.

This is probably the fifth or sixth time I stayed here and I’ve seen a real drop in standards of service. This time I was really disappointed. The room cleaning was minimal at best (lots of waste bottles etc left for a few days, beds not made properly), breakfast was poorly stocked but worst of all was the front of house. One evening I asked for 2 wine glasses (normal enough request when staying at a hotel). I was referred to the restaurant where a very rude guy refused to give me glasses unless I bought some cheap crap bottle of wine from him (seriously?). I complained to reception - got the ‘I’ve only just started’ and ‘we have no control over them’ excuse. I mean - for >€250 per room per night, this is inexcusable. We’re now looking to relocate our business lodging to another hotel. This is a great area to stay but this hotel is definitely no longer my preferred option.
