“OK but pool shut n no outside space”

Room clean and serviceable. Bed fine. Breakfast fine. But pool not open and no outdoor sunny space to relax in, in late Feb (20 degrees n sunny outside). 😢 good tapas n vermouth to be had nearby at Cafe Tostas near CollBlanc metro.

“Nice and pleasant hotel, just be careful with elevators :-)”

Great location, directly on a metro station and bus station, very friendly staff, nice rooms with a coffee machine and a tea cooker, delicious breakfast with a freshly prepared egg omelette

To be improved

The only UNPLEASANT thing was: I got stuck in an elevator (outside panoramatic elevator), probably because of the heat (a very hot summer day) it stopped working. It was NOT possible to call to the reception or to reach anybody from the hotel or on the help desk from the elevator. This definitely should be improved! There should be a direct call from all elevators directly in the reception 24/7 possible. There should also be a telephone number on the webside of the hotel to reach the reception. I was only forwarded to an automatic voicemail..

everything went well , the rooms were clean , the location was easy to get to by train about 40 mins metro ride the surrounding area was nice as well local shops and cafes were very near and convenient

“Good stay, nothing bad to say.”

The best

The lobby/ reception area is great. Breakfast spread is also great. The rooms are clean and comfortable for a stay of max 3 days. There’s bus service opposite to this hotel, metro is also walkable from this place. (Ernest Lluch is the closest metro station)

To be improved

The rooms are a little dated. It feels like the rooms don’t match the grand entry that you get. The location feels shady at night, and only at night.

Barely 4 star. Positives - Very clean and friendly staff. Rooms very small, but comfortable. Quiet- Negatives. . NO Spa Breakfast poor selection- well below average 4 star. Room service menu inadequate.
