Due to time delay we arrived about 10.30pm and the bar was closing at 11pm Would have been nice to just chill out there. Plaza de Peru was about 20min walk away which we did not want to do :) Only one small thing :)

This hotel is located close to the train station and has a stylish exterior, but unfortunately, it does not offer proper triple rooms. I booked a room for 3 people twice, and both times they gave me a double room with an extra folding bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. It was one of those springy beds, and when I sat on it, one of the wooden slats underneath actually fell out! Although the room was booked for 3 guests, everything inside was set up for just two — only two towels, two glasses, two teabags, etc. It felt like they didn’t even consider the third guest. There is no bin in the room! Only one in bathroom! There is no plug next to your bed ! Calling reception was useless — no one answered the phone when we needed help. The bathroom was also not safe at all. My 80-year-old mother almost slipped in the bathtub, which had a very unsafe and slippery surface. The bathroom setup in general was not elderly-friendly or well-maintained. Also, there was no help with luggage at all — no staff available to assist, even when we arrived or left. In summary, despite the good appearance of the hotel from the outside, the overall service was disappointing. After staying here twice, I can say I definitely will not be booking this hotel again.
