“Great stay!”

The apartment was really nice, we had a fantastic stay and recommended to our friends for their next summer holidays. We loved the garden area with pool and direct access to the beach. Their are nice Chiringuitos within the complex and walking distance. The owner Mathjis has been extremely friendly and supportive with some issues. Nice area as it is a mixture of habitants and tourists but it was all quite and peaceful even with our small children;)

To be improved

The sundeck of the terrace could be renewed. We mentioned that and this will be done shortly.

“Great 2BR apartment within an amazing compound with pools, PADEL court and children playground”

The best

Awesome Compound in front of the sea, you will enjoy swimming in the coast and later in the pool (infant and adults) plus the tropical gardens.

To be improved

The apartment is very good in size and distribution, however there is not elevators and makes a bit difficult for children or elderly people as it is a second floor.

Good location next to the beach. Nice pool community with well maintained gardens.

To be improved

Too close to a busy highway with a lot of traffic noise. Aging property with poor maintenance. The refrigerator and air conditioning broke down during our stay and had to be repaired. We slept two nights without AC and a noisy fan. The window shutters in all the rooms are broken and the curtains are falling from the rails. The structure supporting the awning in the terrace is rotten and the awning is falling apart. Unresponsive owner regarding partial reimbursement of stay.
