Location, staff very friendly helpful happy and informative drinks machine, happy environment in entry to accomodation, seating downstairs nice patio

I had to ask for new pillow, it was chang d immediately. The noise from other rooms. You can hear people talking, leaving and coming

The best

Very helpful host who spoke excellent English. He did our washing for only 5 euros which was a huge bonus. Comfortable, warm room. Hot water and a peaceful night. Very near to supermarkets, restaurants and centre of Merida. Would recommend, especially to pilgrims walking the Via de la Plata.
