Impresionantes vistas al mar en Torremolinos

The sixty something stairs to get to the apartment. Since we are older folks; we wish we knew. Only regret.

Too many steps to access property. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Lack of furniture and lights.

I knew this property had noise issues, but I underestimated how serious they were. A train passes right behind the house, and you can feel the vibrations in the bedroom whenever it goes by. Being a light sleeper, I was often woken up early in the morning by the sound of the train. In front of the house, there’s a hotel where young people party loudly until the early hours of the morning. During the day, there’s construction work going on nearby. In the end, I had to endure constant noise in the morning, during the day, and at night. In the end, I had to move to a different accommodation after staying only 2 out of the 5 days I had booked. I asked the host if it was possible to get a refund for the remaining 3 days. I communicated with two different managers, but both of them simply said that they didn’t have the authority to issue a refund or change the dates. I understand that refunds may not be possible due to the property’s policy. However, it was difficult to accept that no one had the authority to handle the issue. The reason I’m not giving a 1-star rating is that I take responsibility for underestimating the noise problem.

I struggled to open the side gate to entre the complex. This could have been just me.
